I have been dabbling with meditation off and on for a few years. I see the benefits but struggle to stay still and focused. I have found that I have the best results with guided meditations. I typically open up my YouTube app and listen to whatever pops up. I am not a believer that what works for one works for all, but if one other person got the benefit that I did it is most definitely worth the time to share.
